Peter has been doing Pilates at our studio for 11 years  and recently discovered a major benefit from his training. He had a bad slip and fall at work, down a mossy staircase—falling horizontally landing on his back. Peter says “ I believe my core strength from Pilates automatically activated and prevented the bad injury I was expecting—receiving only a small bruise.”
